Can you help Curtin with cultural diversity research?

CCF WA Members are invited to participate in university research into cultural diversity in civil construction.

Curtin University is researching the multi-cultural engineering industry, investigating successful and unsuccessful organisational management systems and the effects on safety performance. The researchers believe there is limited research into specific management, communication and training systems that enable culturally diverse teams to excel and increase occupational health and safety performance.

By examining various strategies to manage and enhance cultural diversity, the research will aid in the development of a framework for engineering companies to implement into their safety policies and procedures.

The project is being conducted by Jessica Duchesne, a final year Civil Engineering student at Curtin University.

Your participation will involve only a short amount of time to answer a few questions.
